Fuel consumption of a wheel loader with power reflux hydraulic transmission system

The world is facing a limited supply of fossil fuel resources and stringent environmental constraints. Therefore, it very important to develop advanced technologies improve vehicle economy, especially for construction vehicles, which have large engine displacements poor emission characteristics. majority these vehicles use hydraulic mechanical transmission in the power train order maneuverability. However, key issue on low-efficiency torque converter. Focusing this issue, we proposed reflux system (PRHTS), new continuously variable system. PRHTS can overall efficiency by splitting into power. valid solution reduce consumption subsequently decrease emissions from vehicles. In quantitatively study effect using improving economy wheel loader coupled with modeled, numerical simulation conducted under driving condition. results show that total reduced 3.39 % compared original loader.
